What it costs, in full. One licence covers your whole organisation. It is priced on officers — the officers you deploy — not on how many people log in.

An officer is one person you deploy and hold records against — one SIA licence, one screening file, one set of shift records. The licence covers 50 of them, with unlimited sites, users and records inside those. Sites are not counted at all: a firm covering forty sites with thirty officers pays for thirty.

Officers beyond the included 50 are £45 each per year, added at any point and charged pro-rata to your renewal date — so staffing a new contract in month nine does not cost a full year for three months of use.

No. Office users are unlimited, and the officer count is the licensing unit rather than a seat charge. Proof of attendance means nothing if it was entered by a supervisor at a desk, so every officer gets their own access as a matter of how the records work.

No — prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added at the prevailing UK rate at checkout.

Yes. Card is the default at checkout because it is the fastest route to being live the same day. If your finance process needs an invoice or a PO reference, get in touch before you buy and we will raise one.

The licence renews annually at the price in force when you renew, and we write to you before that date with the figure. Cancel automatic renewal any time before it and you will not be charged again — fees already paid for the current term are not refunded, which is set out in full in the refund policy.

Your records stay yours. Export them at any time while the licence is active — screening files, licence records, assignment instructions, patrol and incident records and their evidence. BS 7858 screening records have a retention period you are responsible for meeting, so export produces a complete copy rather than a summary.
